Subsequent to notification of the decision of the administrative authority referred to in Article R. 2122-48-1, the trade union organisations shall notify the employers concerned by any means enabling receipt of this notification to be dated with certainty of the identity of the employees appearing on their election propaganda documents. The Minister for Labour shall publish on the website referred to in Article R. 2122-19 , on a date that he shall set by order, the election propaganda documents that have been the subject of a validation decision under the conditions provided for in Article R. 2122-48-1.

Under the supervision of the National Commission for Voting Operations, the service provider mentioned in 2° of Article R. 2122-14 prints the ballot papers for all the candidatures mentioned in Article R. 2122-38. No later than four days before the opening date of the ballot, the service provider shall send each of the electors concerned the instruments required for voting.
