The total number of points registered on the professional prevention account that may be used before the employee’s sixtieth birthday for the purposes mentioned in 2° of I of article L. 4163-7 may not exceed 80 points.

The account holder can access a points statement online to find out how many points are available for the desired uses and to print out a receipt.

The request to use the points registered on the professional prevention account under 1° to 4° of I of article L. 4163-7 is made online by the account holder on the website dedicated to this purpose, in the form and with the supporting documents determined by order of the minister responsible for social affairs. If the managing body does not respond to a request to use points for more than four months, the request will be rejected.

Once the request to use the points has been made, the points corresponding to the use desired by the holder are reserved and cannot be allocated to another use until the decision of the body mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 4163-15.
