A salaried labour tribunal member who performs one of the activities listed in article R. 1423-55 receives an allowance for his or her shifts, the hourly rate of which is set at 8.40 euros in the following cases: 1° When they carry out this activity outside working hours ; 2° If they have ceased their professional activity; 3° If they are unemployed.
