The acts performed in relation to the distribution of the price (number 4 of table 6) give rise to the collection of the emolument charged by judicial representatives pursuant to article A. 663-28. Where the distribution is subject to the provisions of Article R. 332-1 of the Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures, this emolument is reduced by half.
