In the inter-company occupational health and prevention service, a medico-technical committee is responsible for formulating proposals relating to the service’s priorities and to the multi-disciplinary actions carried out by its members.

The inter-company occupational health and prevention service draws up, within the medical-technical committee, a multi-year service project which defines the service’s priorities for action and which forms part of the contract of objectives and resources provided for in article L. 4622-10. The project is submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

Any agreement entered into directly or through an intermediary between the occupational health and safety service and its Chairman, its Director or one of its Directors must be submitted to the Board of Directors for prior authorisation.
