The Committee is convened by its Chairman at least once a year and as often as necessary to examine complaints and claims under the conditions set out in article R. 6322-25. The Chairman shall not vote. In the event of a tied vote, the Committee shall be deemed to have given its opinion.

The committee ensures that users’ rights are respected and facilitates their procedures. It ensures that all users are informed of the means of appeal and conciliation available to them. When the holder of the authorisation relating to cosmetic surgery facilities is a health establishment, it may satisfy the obligations mentioned in articles R. 6322-16 to R. 6322-19, R. 6322-27 and R. 6322-28 by the measures it has taken to meet these same obligations and implement the implementing measures they require in the exercise of its missions defined in articles L. 6111-1 and L. 6111-2.
