Title II: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

The Prefect submits each group or company agreement implementing the employment obligation set out in article L. 5212-2 to:1° The regional coordination committee for employment and vocational training in the overseas departments, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin;2° The coordination committee for employment and vocational training in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the administrative authority responsible for concluding a contract of objectives for the adapted companies referred to in article L. 5213-13 is the State representative in the local authority.

For the application of article R. 5213-76 to Mayotte, the words: “in article L. 321-1 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “in 7° of article 20-1 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health, to sickness, maternity, invalidity and death insurance, to the financing of social security in Mayotte and to the Mayotte social security fund”.
