If the employment contract is terminated before the end of the training period referred to in article R. 5522-12, the sums already paid to the employer corresponding to training hours not completed will be repaid. The hourly amount of the flat-rate assistance for training costs mentioned in article R. 5522-14 is set at 7.62 euros.

The premium is paid to companies approved by the representative of the State in the département who, after consulting the chairman of the regional council, ensures that the company’s activity is of interest to the economic development of the département.
On receipt of the application for approval provided for in article R. 5522-46, the State representative will refer the matter to the President of the Regional Council for his opinion, which, in the absence of an explicit response, will be deemed to have been given within four weeks of the referral.
The documents and information submitted with the application for approval are defined by order of the ministers responsible for employment and overseas France. The State representative may request additional information needed to assess the project.
The approval specifies the reference number of employees.
