Without prejudice to the exercise of the rights of the defence, the lawyer may not disclose to anyone during the period of police custody either the discussions with the person he is assisting or the information he has obtained by consulting the minutes and attending the hearings and confrontations.

Sans préjudice de l’exercice des droits de la défense, l’avocat ne peut faire état auprès de quiconque pendant la durée de la garde à vue ni des entretiens avec la personne qu’il assiste, ni des informations qu’il a recueillies en consultant les procès-verbaux et en assistant aux auditions et aux confrontations.
