The term of office of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and officers ends when they cease to fulfil the conditions for membership of the National Council. They shall then be replaced within three months. In this case, the duties of the new member expire at the time when those of the member he has replaced would have ceased.

The duties of a member of the National Council and those of a member of the Bureau of that Council are free of charge and may only give rise to the reimbursement of travel and subsistence expenses, under the conditions laid down by the National Council. The President may receive, for representation expenses, an allowance the amount of which is laid down by the National Council.
