Furnished or furnished accommodation, collective accommodation and tourist accommodation must have equipment and furnishings that are clean and in good condition.
Furnished or furnished accommodation, premises used for collective accommodation and tourist accommodation, and in particular their sanitary facilities, as well as their communal areas, must be in good condition, clean and well maintained.
Occupants and operators of furnished or furnished accommodation, premises used for collective accommodation and tourist accommodation shall take all precautions to prevent the appearance and development of animals that are harmful to human health.
