The practice of physiotherapy involves the issuing by the physiotherapist of certificates, attestations and documents, the production of which is prescribed by legislative and regulatory texts. The prescriptions, certificates, attestations or documents issued by a masseur-physiotherapist are written legibly, in French, are dated, enable the practitioner from whom they are issued to be identified and are signed by him or her.
