Article R6153-1-20 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to the provisions of article R. 6153-1-19, the provisions of article R. 6153-40 relating to suspension are applicable to junior doctors. During the period in which he is suspended, the person concerned benefits from the elements of remuneration provided for in 1° of article R. 6153-1-7 and, where applicable, from allowances representing the benefits of accommodation, heating, lighting and food.
