Title II: RULES FOR THE FORMATION AND PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN CONTRACTS

For the application of article L. 224-111, parts from the circular economy mean components and elements from a preparation operation with a view to their re-use for a purpose identical to that for which they were designed, within the meaning of articles L. 541-1-1 et L. 541-4-3 of the Environment Code.
