The Regional Committee for Employment, Vocational Training and Guidance will set up the committees necessary for its operation, as well as a permanent secretariat.

The Regional Committee for Employment, Training and Vocational Guidance meets at least twice a year, when convened jointly by the Prefect of the Region and the Chairman of the Regional Council, who set the agenda, or at the request of the majority of its members. The meeting notice is accompanied by the documents relating to the items on the agenda.
