France Compétences keeps analytical accounts, the presentation principles of which are set by the Board of Directors.

The school’s budget includes a provisional profit and loss account and a provisional statement of changes in assets and liabilities on an accruals basis. The appropriations for staff costs, with the exception of staff recruited on a temporary or occasional basis, are limited and set in accordance with the stipulations of the three-year agreement on objectives and performance referred to in article L. 6123-11.

The budget for the year is submitted to the Board of Directors for approval before 30 November of the previous year.
