Private practice companies and private practice financial holding companies for dispensing pharmacists must be registered in the appendix to the register referred to in articles L. 4222-1 and L. 4232-11, together with the name and, where applicable, the corporate name of the members of which they are composed. This registration does not exempt pharmacists practising within the company from their personal registration on the register.
