The rules relating to agreements between local authorities and their groupings and the owners of woods, parks and natural areas located within their territory with a view to opening said woods, parks and natural areas to the public are laid down by Article L. 113-6 of the town planning code.
The provisions relating to the powers of the Corsican Sites Council in the field of new tourist units are set out in article L. 4421-4 of the General Local Authorities Code.
