Failure to comply with an establishment closure ordered or pronounced pursuant to articles L. 3332-15 or L. 3332-16 is punishable by two months’ imprisonment and a fine of 3,750 euros.
Setting up a takeaway in areas covered by the provisions of article L. 3335-2 is punishable by a fine of €3,750.
If an unemancipated minor or an adult under guardianship practices the profession of public housekeeper, the penalty is a fine of €3,750. In addition, the court may close the establishment for up to five years.
The following is punishable by a fine of €3,750: any person who is disqualified by one or more of the provisions of article L. 3336-2: 1° Operate a public house ; 2° Be employed in an establishment under the conditions set out in article L. 3336-3.
