The workers referred to in Article L. 7341-1 have the right of access to all data concerning their own activities within the platform and enabling them to be identified. They have the right to receive this data in a structured format and to transmit it. The precise scope of this data and the procedures for accessing, extracting and transmitting it are defined by decree.
The provisions of this section apply to workers linked to the platforms defined in Article L. 7341-1 and performing one of the following activities: 1° Driving a chauffeur-driven transport vehicle ; 2° Delivering goods by means of a two- or three-wheeled vehicle, whether motorised or not.
As part of its social responsibility towards the workers referred to in Article L. 7342-8, the platform may draw up a charter setting out the terms and conditions for exercising its social responsibility, defining its rights and obligations and those of the workers with whom it has a relationship. The list of organisations referred to in Article L. 7343-2 recognised as representative of the sectors referred to in Article L. 7343-1 is drawn up, on behalf of the State, by the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi referred to in Article L. 7345-1, after consulting its Board of Directors and in accordance with the procedures laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
Every four years, the Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority mentioned in Article L. 7345-1 organises a ballot to measure the audience of the organisations in each of the sectors mentioned in Article L. 7343-1.
