The savings and provident institution shall also declare the surname, customary name, pseudonym, first names, personal domicile, date and place of birth and information relating to nationality provided for in Article R. 123-37 of: 1° Persons with general authority to bind the caisse d’épargne et de prévoyance with respect to third parties; 2° Members of the Orientation and Supervisory Board and the Statutory Auditor.

In addition, the names, legal form or registered office of all participating savings banks must be declared in the application for registration for savings and provident institutions resulting from a merger or demerger. .

Sont déclarés dans la demande d’immatriculation d’une caisse d’épargne et de prévoyance, en ce qui concerne son établissement, les renseignements prévus à l’article R. 123-38, with the exception of those provided for in 6°, 7° and 8°.
