Beneficiaries of the provisions set out in the fourth paragraph of article R. 123-208-3 show their provisional certificate to the competent authority when the card is issued. The file relating to a declaration of itinerant commercial or craft activity is kept until the date of the first anniversary of the date of renewal of the declaration or of the cessation of activity by the person where such cessation occurs before renewal.
