PART SIX: OVERSEAS COLLECTIVITIES GOVERNED BY ARTICLE 74 OF THE CONSTITUTION

Articles R. 2333-121 to R. 2333-132 are applicable to the local authority.

The fees to be received for the costs of analyses and tests in the community’s laboratories are set by the territorial council.

The provisions of article R. 3443-1 are applicable to the local authority.

The difference between the disposal value of a fixed asset and its net book value must be recorded in the investment section of the budget before the result of the operating section is determined.

Articles R. 2334-13 to R. 2334-18 are applicable to the local authority.

Articles R. 1615-1 to R. 1615-6 are applicable to the local authority.

The collectivity receives the allocation provided for in Article R. 3334-5 under the same conditions as the départements. It also receives an allocation taken from the appropriations allocated to the increase mentioned in article R. 3334-7. This allocation is calculated by applying the ratio of the local authority’s population to the national population, increased by 10%, to the total amount of this increase. .

Articles R. 3334-8, R. 3334-8-1 and R. 3334-9 are applicable to the local authority.
