Decisions taken by the mayor pursuant to article L. 2122-22 are subject to the same rules as those applicable to deliberations by municipal councils on the same subjects. The mayor appoints members of the town council to sit on outside bodies in the cases and under the conditions provided for by the provisions of this code and the texts governing these bodies.
