Title III: Prevention of environmental and occupational health risks

The provisions relating to the fight against air pollution and odours, taken in the interests of public health, are those set out in Title II of Book II of the Environment Code.

The provisions relating to waste management, taken in the interests of public health, are those of Chapter I of Title IV of Book V of the Environmental Code.

Any operator of an installation generating water aerosols not covered by a regulation established under the nomenclature of classified installations for environmental protection mentioned in article L. 511-2 of the Environment Code is required to make facilities available to the public that comply with the hygiene and design rules laid down by the decree referred to in article L. 1335-5 of this code.
