A standard form of waiver is approved by order of the minister responsible for the economy. If the beneficiary of the waiver is a credit institution or finance company within the meaning of Article L. 511-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, it shall provide a copy of the standard model free of charge to the sole trader who requests it.
