Chapter III: Conditions of practice

Unless they are employed by a clerk of several commercial courts, salaried commercial court clerks may only carry out their duties within a single office. They may carry out the tasks devolved to commercial court clerks with the exception of those relating to assisting the president of the commercial court in the tasks of administration, organisation and management of the court. .

When the number of full or partner commercial court clerks practising within the office falls below half the number of salaried commercial court clerks, the office holder has a period of one year to comply with the provisions of the first paragraph of l’article L. 743-12-1.
