The holder of the pharmaceutical record may object to the health professional referred to in article L. 1111-23 consulting or adding to his/her pharmaceutical record at the time of treatment. The healthcare professional shall inform the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens of this objection.

The holder of the pharmaceutical record may request the closure of his record at any time from the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens. The Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens will notify the holder of the pharmaceutical record that his request for closure has been taken into account.
