Title II: Compensation for unemployed workers

For the purposes of this section, the persons referred to inArticle L. 611-1 of the Social Security Code, Articles L. 722-1 and L. 731-23 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code, 4° to 6°, 11°, 12°, 23°, 30° and 35° ofArticle L. 311-3 of the Social Security Code and Article L. 382-1 of the Social Security Code are deemed to be self-employed workers.

Articles L. 5422-4 and L. 5422-5 apply to the allowance for self-employed workers.

The allowance for self-employed workers is financed exclusively by the taxes of all kinds mentioned in 5° of article L. 5422-9.

A person may not benefit from the allowance for self-employed workers for a period of five years from the date on which that person ceased to benefit from it in respect of a previous activity.
