TITLE III: SPORTING EVENTS

The Autorité nationale des jeux defines the nomenclature of competitions that may be used to organise sports betting online and in physical distribution networks, which must be used to submit the information mentioned in the application provided for in 2° of Article R. 333-8. The Autorité nationale des jeux and La Française des jeux define the technical procedures for transmitting and processing the request provided for in Article R. 333-11.

The files sent by the authorised agents of the organisers of sporting events or competitions to the Autorité Nationale des Jeux or to La Française des Jeux, as well as the results of the computer matching operations, are kept by the Autorité and by La Française des Jeux for one year from the date on which the results are sent to the organiser.
