The regional healthcare quality and patient safety support structures designated under article R. 1413-76 are members of the regional vigilance and support network for their region mentioned in article R. 1413-62.
The regional support structure for healthcare quality and patient safety draws up a provisional annual work programme. It draws up an annual activity report by 31st March of the following calendar year. It submits this report to the regional health agency and the Haute Autorité de santé. This report is made public on the regional health agency’s website.
