The provisions of article R. 4122-6 are applicable to elections to the national disciplinary chamber.
Each of the regional or inter-regional councils of the Order is made up of four, five, six or seven pairs, depending on whether the number of chiropodists registered on the last published roll for the region or inter-region is less than or equal to 1,000, greater than 1,000 and less than or equal to 2,000, greater than 2,000 and less than or equal to 3,000, or greater than 3,000 respectively.
The regional or inter-regional council elects from among its members the members who make up the restricted panel called upon to deliberate in the cases provided for in I of article L. 4322-10-1. This restricted panel is made up of five elected members and sits in a panel of three members.
When a regional or inter-regional council of the professional body finds that there is an objective reason likely to call its impartiality into question, on receipt of an application, it will immediately forward the application to the president of the national council of the professional body, who will immediately allocate it to another council and simultaneously inform the applicant concerned by any means capable of proving the date of receipt.
