Depending on the risks identified, specific safety training initiatives are carried out in certain establishments with the assistance, where appropriate, of the professional bodies for health, safety and working conditions provided for in article L. 4643-1 and the prevention services of the regional health insurance funds.
Employees holding a fixed-term employment contract and temporary employees assigned to workstations presenting particular risks to their health or safety benefit from enhanced safety training, under the conditions set out in article L. 4154-2. The provisions of this Title shall apply to employers under private law and to employees. They also apply to 1° To the establishments mentioned in 1° to 3° of Article L. 4111-1; 2° Mines and quarries and their outbuildings; 3° Transport companies whose staff are governed by a statute.
