When the funding from the allocation mentioned in I of article D. 6123-26-1 is not sufficient to cover a request for a professional transition project, the regional interprofessional joint committee may, under the conditions set out in the third paragraph of article L. 6323-17-1, mobilise the allocation mentioned in article R. 6123-25 to provide additional funding.
If the regional cross-industry joint committee rejects all or part of a request for reimbursement, it will notify the employee of the reasons for the rejection by any means that provides a date certain for receipt of the notification.
