The duration of compensation for the end-of-rights allowance is : 1° 61 days when the unemployed worker has less than five years’ seniority within the meaning of article D. 5424-55;2° 92 days when the unemployed worker has at least five years’ seniority or more; 3° 182 days when the unemployed worker has ten years’ seniority or more.
The end-of-rights allowance may be partially combined with income from a professional activity. The number of days eligible for compensation in a calendar month is equal to the difference between the number of calendar days in the calendar month concerned and the number of days corresponding to the amount of gross monthly earnings divided by fifty.
Payment of the end-of-rights allowance will cease definitively for the same entitlement if the beneficiary can prove that he/she meets the conditions for entitlement to unemployment insurance benefit or vocational training and solidarity allowance.

To qualify for the specific solidarity allowance, people must be at least eighteen years old.
The specific solidarity allowance is granted for a maximum period of 274 days. On expiry of this period, new entitlements may be granted to the person concerned if he/she again satisfies the conditions set out in this sub-section.
