The contributions are collected by the paid holiday funds set up in the branch of activity, under the same conditions as paid holiday contributions. The contribution is collected per calendar quarter on the basis of hours worked during the quarter preceding the date of collection. The agreement referred to in article R. 4644-2 may not include clauses authorising the registered occupational risk prevention practitioner to perform procedures falling within the remit of the occupational physician.
