An approved modelling agency that hires a child must provide the child and the child’s legal representatives with an explanatory notice, in return for a receipt, specifying: 1 How the agency operates; 2 Medical checks on the child; 3 The selection procedure for users; 4 The conditions under which the user is made available, including travel times and waiting times; 5 Maximum periods of employment; 6 Remuneration conditions.

The special register is made available to the Labour Inspectorate and to the child’s legal representatives in the event of selection or employment. The child’s legal representatives countersign it at least quarterly.
