The proportion of the remuneration received by the child, the amount of which may be left at the disposal of the child’s legal representatives, is set by the committee referred to in article R. 7124-20.

The Commission shall rule on any request made by the contracting parties prior to any performance.

In the cases set out in 3° and 4° of article R. 7124-23, the notification specifies the fraction of remuneration allocated to the constitution of the lump sum. The payment to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 7124-9 is accompanied by a declaration from the employer stating the child’s marital status, place of residence and the names of the child’s legal representatives.
