The provisions of the first paragraph of article R. 811-17 relating to traineeships are applicable to persons entered on the traineeship register.
The provisions of article R. 811-18 relating to the training certificate and the refusal to issue this certificate are applicable to persons entered in the training register.
The panel responsible for conducting the aptitude test for judicial representatives is that provided for in Article R. 811-19. However, the two judicial administrators are replaced by two judicial representatives appointed after consultation with the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires. The articles R. 811-20 and R. 811-21 are applicable.
The provisions of articles R. 811-22 to R. 811-24 relating to the aptitude examination are applicable to candidates for the profession of judicial representative. The examination is organised under the conditions defined in article R. 811-22.
