Each year, the President of the Executive Council reports to the Assembly, in a special report, on the situation of the territorial authority, the activity and financing of its various departments and dependent bodies, and the state of implementation of the plan. The President of the Corsican Executive Council may make any suggestions or remarks to the Prime Minister regarding the organisation and operation of the State’s public services in the territorial collectivity of Corsica.
