Article R4722-7 of the French Labour Code

The employer or the person responsible for the operation referred to in Article L. 4311-3 shall provide proof that he has referred the matter to the accredited body within the time limit set and shall forward the results of the checks on the conformity of the work equipment to the Labour Inspectorate as soon as they are received.
