The foreign national must notify the competent administrative authority of any change to the documents justifying the issue of a multi-annual residence permit bearing the words “ICT seconded employee” as provided for in article L. 421-26. .

In the event of withdrawal of the multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “ICT seconded employee” provided for in Article L. 421-26, the minister responsible for immigration shall immediately inform the authorities of the second Member State.
