For the application of article L. 412-5 in Wallis and Futuna, the word “départemental” and the words “la loi n° 90-449 du 31 mai 1990 visant à la mise en œuvre du droit au logement” are replaced respectively by the word “territorial” and the words “la réglementation, le cas échéant, applicable localement”.
