I.-Any investment company with fixed capital, known as a SICAF, whose shares are admitted to trading on a French or foreign financial instruments market operated by a market undertaking, an investment services provider other than a portfolio management company or any other similar foreign body, shall draw up a statement of the company’s net assets per share at least once a month. The initial capital of a SICAF may not be less than €8 million.
The strategy referred to in article L. 214-128 describes the SICAF’s management objective, investment policy and risk profile. These elements are set out in the SICAF’s Articles of Association. They are set out in detail, together with the SICAF’s planned distribution policy, in a document sent to investors and the custodian prior to marketing.
The custodian’s auditor shall annually audit the accounts opened in the name of the SICAF in the custodian’s books.
The custodian shall ensure that the conditions for the liquidation of the SICAF comply with the provisions set out in the SICAF’s Articles of Association.
The threshold referred to in article L. 214-130 is set at €10,000.
Unless otherwise stipulated, the provisions of articles R. 214-32-9 to D. 214-33 shall apply to AIFs covered by this paragraph.
