A platform organisation that wishes to establish its representativeness pursuant to Article L. 7343-23 in several sectors shall file a declaration of candidacy for each of the sectors in which it is a candidate.
The Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi, which is responsible for examining the declaration of candidacy, electronically issues a receipt to the representative of the candidate organisation, provided that this declaration is submitted within the time limit mentioned in Article R. 7343-84.
