BOOK I: TERRITORIAL AUTHORITY OF GUYANA

The Assembly of French Guiana shall be consulted on any draft agreement concerning French Guiana within the framework of regional cooperation in economic, social, technical, scientific, cultural, civil security or environmental matters between the French Republic and the States or territories located in the vicinity of French Guiana. It shall give its opinion at the first meeting following its referral.
