When the communal public domain is made available to a public inter-communal establishment or a mixed syndicate under the conditions set out in article L. 1321-2, the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation or the joint association shall set, under the conditions provided for in Article R. 2333-121, the fee due for the occupation, by the works of the public drinking water and sanitation services, of the public domain it manages.
