The Skills Operator’s Board of Directors is made up of an equal number of employee and employer representatives appointed by the signatory organisations. Skills operators may enter into an agreement with a legal entity to delegate the implementation of some of the decisions relating to the information and services mentioned in 1°, 2°, 3° and 5° of II of article R. 6332-17.
