Each skills operator sends the Minister responsible for vocational training the individual information relating to the beneficiaries of the apprenticeship and professionalisation contracts that it helps to finance. This information is sent when the contracts are submitted, modified or terminated. Article R6332-37 of the French Labour Code

The resources of the skills operators are kept in cash, either deposited at sight or invested for the short term. Interest earned on sums deposited or placed in short-term accounts has the same status as the sums from which it is earned.
