Chapter VII: Provisions specific to certain institutions and organisations

Subject to articles R. 6147-94 to R. 6147-99, the Nanterre reception and hospital care centre is subject to the rules in force in public health establishments with regard to its budget, administration and operation.

The Director manages the establishment’s affairs other than those which fall within the remit of the Board of Directors mentioned in article R. 6147-95. The documents attached to the budget mentioned in article R. 6147-95 describe all the centre’s activities. In particular, the following documents are attached 1° The opinion of the establishment’s social committee ; 2° The activity statistics of the social units.

The centre’s accounting officer is the Receiver General of Finances for Paris.
